Underwriting CCMS events and publications is open to businesses who wish to reach physicians, their staff, their families, and their patients. Vendor participation helps the Medical Society and our 501c3 Foundation continue to promote quality healthcare in our community. Circle of Friends
The CCMS Circle of Friends Preferred Vendor Program brings together Medical Society members and a select number of businesses that provide benefits to CCMS physicians in an effort to meet their personal and business needs.
For a commitment of $2,000 annually, your company can become a Circle of Friends participant and enjoy a range of marketing and advertising benefits. For $6,000 annually, you can become a Premier Circle of Friends participant and receive additional benefits. The Premier program is limited to five companies per year.

CCMS Events

CCMS Annual Meeting & Board Installation

CCMS Women’s Health Forum

The Women’s Health Forum is a free public service event to provide educational presentations on women’s health topics. Physician members of CCMS give talks in breakout sessions to 300-400 attendees at this annual morning forum each spring. Physician Directory – 2024 Ad Rates
The CCMS Physician Directory is the most comprehensive annual listing of physicians practicing medicine in Collier County. We print 7,500-10,000 full-color copies and distribute them for free every fall to CCMS member offices, clinics, libraries, hospitals, the Health Department, and more. Ad rates are $425-$1,900. Pick up a free copy of the Directory at county libraries or CCMS offices (please call 239-435-7727 in advance).
The Forum Magazine – 2024 Ad Rates
Ads due the 15th of each month prior to publication
The Forum is the official magazine of CCMS, with a distribution of approximately 700. The full color magazine is mailed to all CCMS members six times a year and features articles about the Society, its members, and issues affecting the practice of medicine. Ad rates are $160-$1680. elert Newsletter – 2024 Ad Rates
Reserve your space at least one week in advance
The “elert” e-newsletter is sent to nearly 1000 emails, including physician members and their office managers, every other Thursday to provide timely member news and healthcare information. Underwriters can submit a banner ad, or a logo with company description for $200 per issue, quantity discounts apply. Read the latest issue.
