The Foundation of Collier County Medical Society is pleased to announce the appointment of Joshua Bialek as a new member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Bialek, an attorney and longtime supporter of CCMS and the Foundation, will work with the Board to raise and manage funds for healthcare scholarships and local healthcare programs and help plan the Foundation’s “Docs & Duffers” charity golf tournament scheduled for September 28, 2019.

Mr. Bialek, a partner in the Corporate Department at the Porter Wright law firm in Naples, has been a legal advocate for the medical community for nearly 20 years. Throughout his professional career as a real estate attorney, he has worked with medical professionals establishing medical practices as well as those converting their medical practice to a concierge practice. He has worked with clients who wish to purchase or sell a medical practice as well as with the drafting and review of real estate and medical equipment leases. In addition, he works to resolve labor and employment issues related to medical practices. Bialek also serves on the Board of Directors for the Jewish Federation of Collier County and is chair of the Federation’s Cardozo Society.

The Foundation of CCMS is a 501(c)3 charitable organization launched by the Medical Society in 2012, with the mission to provide support and leadership to programs that address access to healthcare and promote health education.
